Good Morning Vietnam! The Albetta Dream

Albetta is a brand born out of the love for the founders children, and a desire to dress them in comfortable and cute clothes.  Shortly after having her first child Annabel named her label after her daughter.  Along with her parents Albetta lead a nomadic life.  After starting life in Africa it was not long before they had relocated to Vietnam.  A factory was soon contracted to manufacture the range, ensuring the company could keep a close eye on the production of all garments.

Annabel has grown her business into a successful international brand, all while raising her four children alongside her husband.  Her designs have often been inspired by her young family.  There have been pirate collections, angel babygrows and even designs influenced by her children's lunch boxes!  Recently her daughter entered a school competition to design a 'green planet' t-shirt for earth day.  Annabel loved it so much that it wound up on one of her designs shortly after.

Helping others is a passion that the team at Albetta share.  As the company has grown Annabel and her team have taken the opportunity to work with a number of charities within Vietnam.  They work closely with The Red Cross, Rose Charity and a few others. Through these charities Albetta is able to help handicapped orphans in Vietnam, provides medical, nutritional and material resources to orphanages in the Highlands and the South of Vietnam while also supporting a wide range of further charities and causes across the South of Vietnam.  These charities ensure that children that are unable to access necessary items, such as clothing and footwear, are provided with these items.  Below a group of school children that lacked footwear were all provided with Albetta wellies.

We're so chuffed to be stocking this beautiful brand.  We love supporting brands that care about their community.  We've just launched the Winter 2016 range.  Once again it features cute and comfortable babygrows inspired by her children.  There's the monkey babygrow and bib, shooting stars and rockets and the occasional cute bunny and teddy.  Why not check it out for yourself, we know you won't be disappointed.
