We want you to be completely in LOVE with your purchase from kydloves and if for any reason you are not 100% happy and want to return it we will happily provide an exchange or refund for purchases returned within 14 days.
We also recognise that ordering online can be tricky, so yes! You can return an item to us for an exchange of size or colour. Please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your exchange or return.
Sale items are final sale and are unable to be returned unless faulty.
Items returned in unsaleable condition
Unfortunately with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 14 days of you receiving your item. We will contact you to discuss if you would like your items to be returned to you at your cost.
Original condition includes having all tags, packaging and manuals where applicable to be returned with the items.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Kydloves will meet all obligations required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy any situation involving faulty or damaged items.
We pride ourselves on our strict quality control and we strive to ensure every item we send out is meeting our high standards. If items you have received from us are faulty please contact our customer services team at email@example.com to arrange their pick up and return to our distribution centre. A replacement or a full refund including freight charges will be provided for faulty items. Replacement items will be sent freight free. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we promise to make it right as quickly as possible.
Items damaged in transit
If your items arrive damaged please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please contact us to discuss further at firstname.lastname@example.org or +64 9 573 5363 and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
How to return your item
Use the original courier bag you received your item in to repackage and send back to us at our distribution centre. Make sure the original delivery details are not visible and address to:

Please remember unless you are returning a faulty item any returns must be in original unused and unworn condition with their tags still attached. Original designer packaging must also be returned with your item.
Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.
Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
